Mental Health Program
We provide patients with both mental health diagnoses and help with physical medical needs in a dedicated, secured environment. A caring, trained staff will be available for your loved one, 24-hours a day, seven days a week. Sparta Health & Rehabilitation also can assist with the educational support and peace of mind for family members in understanding your loved one's diagnosis.

Restorative Program
This program works on improving both physical ability (such as joint range of motion and general mobility) and mental function (such as memory improvement, comprehension and problem-solving skills). Whether through group or individual sessions, the patient is encouraged to achieve and maintain their desired highest, individual level of functioning.

Skilled care services have evolved over time to expand beyond traditional nursing home care. Sparta Health & Rehabilitation can help you choose the appropriate level of care for your loved one. If your loved one will only be with us for a short-term stay, we can offer a full service of transition of care.

Rehabilitation Program
At Sparta Health & Rehabilitation we offer rehabilitative therapy for either a short-term stay or during long-term care. Therapists work one-on-one with the patient focusing on assisting them to achieve and maintain their desired, individual level of functioning as appropriate.
